What You'll Do

• Reach out to potential dealership partners by phone, email, text, and social media to set up product demos.
• Start meaningful conversations and build quick rapport with dealership leaders.
• Qualify leads and document your interactions accurately in our CRM.
• Support follow-up efforts after demos and help ensure great communication between prospects and our team.
• Continuously learn and improve — mastering the art of modern outbound selling.

What We're Looking For

• Some experience in sales, customer service, or lead generation is helpful — but we value attitude over experience.
• Strong communication skills — confident, clear, and friendly on calls.
• A go-getter mentality with the drive to meet (and crush) goals.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely.
• Tech-savvy and curious — eager to learn SaaS tools and the automotive industry.

What You'll Earn

• Base pay + uncapped commission. On-target earnings of $55K–$60K (with room to grow as you perform).
• Bonuses for demos booked and additional incentives when those demos turn into sales.
